  • $25 per night for each additional person 12 years of age and older

  • Taxes – 15% 0n Accommodation & 5% on parking/cleaning
  • Underground parking (Aspens $14/night) and local phone calls free
  • Underground parking (Carleton Lodge $20/night) and local phone calls free
  • *$150 one-time cleaning fees do apply (May 1 – Oct 31)
  • *$175 one-time cleaning fees do apply (Nov 1 – Apr 30)
  • All units are non-smoking
  • No pets allowed
  • Two nights deposit required at time of booking by VISA, MasterCard or personal cheque
  • Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund (less $100 administration fee)
  • $100 cleaning charge will apply if stay is less than 3 nights
  • Sorry, no refunds for early departures

Customer Discretion

  • Whistler’s Best requires prior notification of an increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum number set by the owner
  • A reservation is for a specified number of guests
  • Children 11 and under are required to show birth certificate or other valid document showing age
  • Whistler’s Best reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer
