Whistler Accommodation Policies:
- Rates are in CANADIAN Dollars
- 1 bedroom rates are per night based on double occupancy
- 2 bedroom rates are per night based on four person occupancy
- $25 per night for each additional person 12 years of age and older
- Children 11 and under are FREE!
- High speed wireless Internet FREE!
- 2% hotel tax, 12% HST additional
- Underground parking (Aspens $14/night) and local phone calls free
- Underground parking (Carleton Lodge $20/night) and local phone calls free
- All units are non-smoking
- No pets allowed
- Two nights deposit required at time of booking by VISA, MasterCard or personal cheque
- Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund (less $100 administration fee)
- $100 cleaning charge will apply if stay is less than 3 nights
- Sorry, no refunds for early departures
Customer Discretion
- Whistler’s Best requires prior notification of an increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum number set by the owner
- A reservation is for a specified number of guests
- Children 11 and under are required to show birth certificate or other valid document showing age
- Whistler’s Best reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer
