4 of us (2 adults / 2 kids) stayed in #402 and it was excellent. Can look down from the windows/balcony and check how long your lift line is going to be. Very comfortable and convenient to everything, including rental shop. Alan was an excellent host and kept in touch even though he was on the other side of the world. Sure hope to make it back for next season.

My wife and I have 3 kids (ages 14, 12, 9) and unit 402 checked every single box for us. LOCATION: you are in the heart and soul of all the action. Steps away from the unit are the lifts/gondolas, restaurants, apres action, supermarket, liquor store, movie theater, escape the room, endless shopping, ski/rental shops, bakeries, guest services for all outdoor activities, etc. Centrally located...this location is second to none. ACCOMMODATIONS: We ate in quite a bit and the kitchen was well-equipped with pretty much everything you need. At night my wife and I slept in the master, the girls took the bunk beds in BR #2, and our son had the pullout in the living room. Everyone slept very comfortably. Open up the blinds in the morning and the breathtaking views of Whistler/Blackcomb become wall art....simply stunning. COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER: Alan was great to work with and simply a class act. This being our first time to WB he was more than willing to go above and beyond in sharing much of his local knowledge with us (like avoiding "the triple Lande") so we could hit the ground running and explore in one piece. Whether by email or phone, Alan always made himself available to us. You won't find many owners this engaged in helping to plan the perfect vacation/stay. All in all, #402 exceeded our expectations. There is no need for a car as everything is just a short walk or stumble away. It was great having a ski locker in the building to store our gear in before heading up to the room. The walk from the lifts/gondola to the lockers was short enough for even my 9 yr. old daughter to carry her own equipment to and from everyday! ....a dream for dads. Simply put *This is where you want to stay while visiting Whistler*

You couldn't have a better location- it feels every ski run funnels directly to your Condo! It's in the heart of the Apres Ski scene (but isn't noisy!) and a stones throw the all the best restaurants. And the view!!!!! All I have to say is WOW.

We stayed at Alan's place for 3 nights and the location is unbelievable! My fiance and I skied while our parents hung out in the condo over the 3 days and all of us were very happy with the accommodations. Right in the heart of Whistler Village, tons of restaurants right downstairs and the lifts and gondolas at your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again!
